Usually NBNCo the Government owned business that runs the network, they usually always says that its the ISP's fault for not purchasing enough bandwidth from them and so forth.

They know how to throw the blame on others. Ping is not normally a bandwidth thing, it a response thing

So I just rang them and that was a waste of time pretty much. The say that anything less than 300ms is acceptable. I also asked if it was a backhaul issue and didn't really get an answer. The result below is to a server in my capital city that I told Speedtest to choose.
