So I have been playing a lot of overwatch and D3 on my main monitor in windowed borderless mode, and I usually have websites or Netflix up on the other monitor. I have been noticing that when a web page on the 2nd monitor refreshes I get a significant FPS drop in the games on my main monitor. I have a GTX 970 and an i5 2500K with 16GB ram. Is it possible that the 2500K is being a bottleneck when it comes to gaming and web browsing/movies at the same time?
