Graphics card help?

Hi, I have a MSI A88XM-E45 V2 FM2+ AMD A88X 8 x SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard and I have tried three different GPUs but none of them will register, as there are no POST beeps when the card is in. However when there is no graphics card in, it beeps to tell me that there is no GPU detected. Any advice would be appreciated.

It already has an integrated video chipset, so I'd guess the beeping noises are for some other reason. Is the RAM correctly seated and known working? Is the CPU undamaged and working?

Have you forgotten the 4 pin CPU power cord to the motherboard?
Try taking out one of the RAM modules swap them if it still doesn't post. (might be that one of them are dead)

Have you by any chance inserted the video cable (DVI HDMI, DP or god forbid VGA) to the motherboard instead of the graphic card?
You say that "when the card is in it doesn't post". Does it post without one?
