Need help building a budget gaming PC

So it's been a while since I played WoW and I recently just got back into it. I'm looking forward to the new expansion but my computer is 6 years old and can't handle anything anymore. I was wondering if anyone could help me with a budget build that will run WoW and maybe CoD and a few other games, nothing crazy.

This is what I currently have as it was gifted to me :
Intel i7 6700k
And 2 GTX 970 gpu

I'm just not sure how to build around that on a budget, and I mean budget lol. I just want to play already

Made a list for you.
The motherboard, PSU and cooler are all on sale on newegg. So you are gonna safe money on those.

I believe that your CPU doesn't come with a cooler, so i choose a popular good but cheap CPU cooler.
Even if it did come with the Intel stock cooler, i'll still recommend using another one. The one i choose is both better and quieter. I haven't chosen an optical drive, because thats getting old. You can add one for 10-15 bucks if you insist. Didn't choose a case ether. That's because it's a very personal choice.
