It's the merging of the user accounts that will be a real headache in my eyes. Many are on both forums but not all have the same name. Some are only on one but someone on the other forum has the same name. Yeah, I'm glad it's not my job TBH.

Being a moderator in another web forum, I can tell it could be extremely easy to get past this, or extremely difficult. It will depend on the software.

1080 gtx comes out in the month. Faster then the titan x
I have heard talk about that even the 1070 should be better than the Titan X.
But that info was from people who was invited to to a closed reveal, and of cause Nvidia is gonna carefully choose the benchmarks that they show off. We will just have to see when they are released how exactly they perform.
It's great news, but unfortunately i bought the 980ti 2 month ago because i thought that the 1080 was gonna be equal in performance anyway. (and i was getting so tired of 770 SLI and i really wanted this specific version from gigabyte for a mod i will be doing)
Luke from Linus tech tips stated that 1080 is gonna be ruffly 25% faster and a good deal more efficient than the 980ti..... so that sucks... for me, that is.

Dude, I'm still rocking 560 gtx. I've been on a deployment for 8 months about to leave. A bunch of guys left a month ago there's 4 guys that bought 980gtx. I told them to wait.... But noo.... They didn't want to listen to me. Either way, 980 is still a beast. There was 1 idiot that left 2 months ago that bought 3 titans with his deployment money!

Idk, I think I want to go a little crazy this time and get a 1070 and 1080. I'm getting out of active duty and joining the reserves part time and try to make it in the real world. So I figured I buy a present before I do while I can afford it.
That's a good idea.
The 1070 is likely gonna be slightly better than my 980ti.
So i can tell you, you are not gonna be disappointed with ether.
Mine runs literally everything on max at 1080p in any game. And same thing at 1440p (what i use) in almost any game.
(all with constant 60fps+)
