Usually monitors don't require specific drivers as the ones that Windows has already included will work. Then the GPU drivers will help set a suitable resolution. Have you tried using a dedicated GPU and different cables? The monitor should also have an auto function where you press that button and it will automatically adjust to the right resolution.
The auto function on the monitor doesn't fix the resolution, it's stuck on 848x480 with no other options. The positioning button on the monitor does nothing to better the screen position.
What do you mean by Dedicated GPU? You mean, another driver for another monitor?
As for the cables, how would this help?
