My PC Restart automatically

I have ordered a Custome PC from Custom PC Builder | Build Your Own PC | UK - Computer Planet.
These are the Specifications for this Custom PC. The PC will be delivered in 5 days.

Any suggestion regarding these specifications. All this Will Cost me £1400

Just to note (If you have Windows installed) Windows is set to automatically restart once it encounters an error it cannot resolve - You'll find this option in System>Advanced System Settings>Startup & Recovery, also details may be in the event log to help you troubleshoot it, though this generally happens with 'fatal' errors.

I find this 'feature' of Windows rather stupid, I'd prefer the good old error codes.
