Hi ! just got a email from MBAM. They now have a free down load for Mac users. I'm not a Mac user??

He was just playing.
There are a few options for Mac, MBAM not being one of them... It really is one of the more secure OS's as long as you dont wish to be able to customise much. If needed you can check out Clam. But I doubt you will need it.

The incidence of Malware on a Mac is so seldom I agree with draygoes and suggest you would probably have more issues with Mbam than you would with Malware. I see no need also.
