I keep getting this on my web browser.

I installed Google Chrome that did not solve this.

Made the suggested changes and in Chrome.

I never use Google Chrome. I use Avant Browser.

This happens on both my Windows XP and Windows 8.1 computer.

How can this be fixed?

Are you talking about that notice about the flash player? If so, the easiest way to fix it is to update it by getting it from here:

It's best to go ahead and update it. The updates consist mostly of security patches and a few enhancements.
If you're not planning on using flash then it can be disabled in the add on management in the browser.
