Keep this tool handy Blue screen of death (STOP error) information in dump files., It will help you diagnose the problem if it arises again..

Set windows not to reboot on error. So if and when it happens again, it's just going to sit there with the BSOD data on the screen.

Most systems do not instantly reboot during a BSOD in the first place, but Setishock's posted solution works very well for those that do.
