I have been running into this problem for a few weeks,I get this problem on most servers very few work.Every time I try to join a server I crash to desktop with this error

I'm running LinuxMint 17.1 (rebecca)

Servers happens most on is Darkrp,PERP,sandbox.

Steam have an options to search for missing of broken files on the games and repairing them. Rightclick on Gmod in steam and hit properties. You are looking for something called Verify Integrity. That might fix your problem.

By googling "Game removed: AppID 4000 "Garry's Mod"
I found this forum thread. It looks like it's a problem with your GPU driver.
Give it a read. It seems like they have fixed it.

There is a lot of other errors I get

"/home/User/.local/share/Steam/linux32/libsteam.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"


I really don't wanna have to install everything again, My connection is terrible ..
