2 fans stacked together going 1 direction?

Has anyone tried putting 2 fans back to back. Both pushing air the same direction?

My case has an intake fan, but you cant see it from inside the case. The interior is red and black theme. Just wondering what would happen if I stacked another fan ( corsair AF 140mm red/black ) directly behind the non visable intake fan.

Yes, years ago. If all you're wanting is an appearance thing then you're really wasting your time. There's pressure differentials between the lead fan and the slave that make it self defeating. I take it from the other threads about painting the fans you're overly concerned about appearance. If you're wanting to have a fan you can see and you want it a certain color you might go with a fan that has a CCFL ring around it. Or an LED lit fan.

From an airflow perspective it won't improve it, and appearance-wise you're better off doing as seti suggests!
