Help needed choosing a laptop

Hi there, I make YouTube videos as I am aspiring to be a sports journalist.

I am looking to get a laptop to edit whilst I'm on my journies.

However, my budget is only £300.

I will be using Sony Vegas

I will be looking to render in no longer than 1 hours

These videos will be no longer than 10 minutes.

I am just wondering whether it is possible for me to get a laptop for under £300 that can render 10 minute videos in around about or under an hour?
