Wich computer should I get

Im not a computer expert so i joined this forum to find suitable one for me.
It has to be a desktop or a laptop doesnt matter.

What I do on conputer

-watch videos
-play games with low graphic meaning they dont require graphic cards

I found this computer though is these specs too much for me, its 430$?

What kind of games do you play, Adding a low end graphics card wouldn't hurt. Also do you have a budget or price range?

I play games like old school runescape wich means i can play on a old computer too. I watch youtube videos, facebook. Stuff like that it can be between 400 - 600$?

Yes its alright for playing Runescape but if you want something with a bit more power I'd go for kit I mentioned..

Just for OP's reference Minimum requirements - RuneScape Wiki, Adding a low end GPU wouldn't hurt but should run alright using the onboard GPU..
