Pallet tool of Arena Simulation

Hi folks,

I need instructions on how to set up a palletizing process in Rockwell Arena Simulation. The scenario is: Products arrive ----> pallet is mounted -----> pallet goes to storage.

I have Arena 14 and I thank you very much!! I need to present this scenario to my boss!!
