It seems like it want's to boot form the CD.
Got the BIOS and change the boot priority. Make Harddrive as first priority,

You say that after multiple attempts, you are able to get into your computer. Does this mean that it is booting to the OS successfully during those times?

Try disabling Net Boot in your BIOS.

Do you remember what, if any changes you could have made before this problem started?

Any information that you can provide will help us to fix this problem faster and more effectively.

The following things could've happened:
Your hard drive has kicked the bucket
Power to your hard drive has become interrupted (SATA Power has become unplugged)

From what I'm understanding, the BIOS is not recognizing the HD to pull the OS Boot from, and therefore means there's an interupption to your hard drive. Did you do any plugging or unplugging and may have put the SATA plug coming from your HD to the SATA 1 plug on the motherboard? SATA 1 is a slave, therefore will not boot an OS. Putting the plug into SATA 0 will fix it. Give us a little more detail.
