Any good low power, upper midrange, gaming video card out there?

As said. Is there such a card? I like low power hardware. Not for the cause that I don't have a sufficient powersupply = Corsair 550W. But I like such stuff, because of the lower amount of heat such hardware generates. And of coarse for a nicer electrisity bill

Suggestions are very welcome.

The lowest wattage card that has any power at all is the EVGA Geforce GTX 750ti. At load it will never take over 60 watts of power, which is just insane.

The AMD 6770 is, although outdated, quite a good card.
