Harddrive problem

I have 2 HDD's both have Windows 7 ultimate installed.
1. is 80GB HDD Which is a fresh install
2. is 200GB HDD Which has stuff in it
I want to replace the 200GB HDD with a 500GB Laptop HDD
I took out the 200gb and replaced it with 500gb hdd and i put the boot things to boot from the 80gb which has windows installed but when it restarted it said "BOOTMGR is missing Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE To Restart"
Can anyone help?

Your computer is trying to boot from the new 500GB HDD that you installed. Go into the bios and change the boot order to the 80GB HDD with Win7 on it..
