Hi all,

I am new to this forum so apologies if my question has been asked before.

How on earth do I stop the constant invasion of my PC with suggestions of upgrading my Flash Player? It is malware and it interferes with most of the sites I want to look at.

If a popup program will do the trick please let me know which ones you recommend, preferably a free one.

If it pops up in the bottom right of your pc they update it, flashplayer is important for fash based applications on the internet without it you cannot run them.

Not what he's talking about. Some web sites have a popup that you can't get rid of that says you need to update your flash player and do it from a certain link.
It's a pop under. Almost impossible to block. I don't know of a way other than just stay away from those sort of web sites.

I experienced this malware a few months back and it was very annoying.

When flash player wants to update a notification will appear in icon tray or appear in a new window then open a link in your chosen web browser to download the update.

I have to agree that Malwarebytes is one good malware remover...

And i have Adblockerplus , and that works great for Utube.
