Planned upgrades

It don't think it's gonna perform better than the R7-265. You are also gonna have the cons of having 2 GPU's in a system. (heat, noise, power draw and comparability) not all games has good multi GPU support.

I would go for the single R7-265.

Thanks only reason I was considering the HD 6570 is because I can get one for $70 vs $170 but I'll wait till I can afford the R7

so you have a 6570 already. Then it makes a little more sense.
I would still go for the R7-650 though. I am not a fan of multi GPU's.
I will rather have 1 powerhouse of a GPU than 2 less powerful GPU's.

btw. About the CPU question.
I found this article that shows the difference in specs as well as some benchmarks.
AMD A6-5400K vs Athlon X4 760K

For gaming i wouldn't upgrade.
For Video editing and data de/compressing... maybe... or wait until i have money enough to upgrade to something even better.

No I don't have one already. I was just comparing prices I will save up for the R7

The main reason I want to upgrade my CPU is cause of the integrated graphics which steals .5 gb of ram from my system also I'm only using a dual core processor

I'm using a 64bit OS and idk yet I don't have a dedicated video card to put in the PC
