How to manually configure a SSD

I recently installed a Samsung EVO 840 120 GB SSD I installed the SW Magician
To setup and configure the SSD now I have this peaskie warning each time I bootup
So I would like to manually configure SSD then delete this SW and hopefully the peaskie warning will go away.

Here's the settings I want
I like these settings in max reliability
Hibernation has been disabled (I usalley never use this function anyway).
Indexing service has been disabled
Virtual memory has been set to initial size of 200MB and maxium of 1GB

I don't like this setting in max reliability
Sys. Restore automatic backups are dissabilied would like this enabled

The Samsung Magician ulitility made it easy to configure the SSD
some observations were when I cloned my exiting HDD at 50.1GB the magician reduced this down to 34GB on max reliability at SSD fastest preformance the space increased to 40GB.
I'm using a 1TB external HDD for storage so I'm not trying to conserve SSD space used.
Thanks STB

I have no idea what you are really asking or what you want us to help you with?

edit: after I've installed and configured the SSD w/ it's software and peaskie warning on bootup.if I just delete the software will the SSD lose it's configureation and go to defualt settings?
Thanks STB

You're still not explaining what you want.

IMO I would never use any other software you setup at hdd.

All that bold text and you still haven't even said what the warning says or when exactly it displays during bootup...

Either way you can uninstall the magician, depending on what the warning is, when it's coming up and what's throwing it you'll likely still have the warning message though.

during the bootup process just after the desktop appears I get this warning which forces me to click yes to complete the bootup.
Thanks
