HDD Temps high

so I've3 come to the conclusion the the Temp sensor is off I was wondering how I calibrate it? I cant find anything online about programs or anything do I need hardware to do it or is there some sort of software? the temp reading on speccy is after only 20minutes of surfing the web no videos or games just basic web surfing trying to find out how to calibrate it. I came to the conclusion that the sensor is off cause after leaving it off for a few hours to cool down and then turning the comp on the first temp read out was 42 Celsius and it's only (at the highest) 26 Celsius in the room

I know like i said the temp sensor is off which i guess is common ive read there is a way to calibrate it but how do i? I cant find any software to do it

Well ny new hdd came in today and it is silent compared to my old one and runs a lot cooler
