So now it's just a decision on whether the pro's out weigh the con's for the EMP. And I'm sure a home made EMP won't be powerful enough to take out a whole city. Mind you military weapons aren't really my forte.
How much fun would it be to have a mini-war in your back yard against your neighbors using drones - "laser tag" like. Having air/ground vehicles to control and a base to guard. That would be awesome.

that's my thoughts too. Image a delivery drone carrying the package and 3 or 4 of these things flying with it.
