they process my order on the 19th and lied and lied saying it was on the way,giving me a tracking number that was on a paper.after calling them and raising hell they finalll sent it. idiots

I ordered 10 components through newegg,tiger direct ,amazon,mac mall ,pc outlet and NCIX. no problems with any1 except ncix. never doing business with them again.

Speaking as a guy who works with warehouses on a regular basis I can honestly say that I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often. One or two boxes out of thousands that ship a day are easy to loose or even throw on the wrong pallet and send out the door on the wrong truck. There's also nothing saying this wasn't UPS's fault. They could have lost it in their own warehouse which considering they scanned it once is very likely.
