Sound issue

Hey guys,

So basically, i have the logitech z506 5.1 speakers.
Sound is only coming out of the speaker that has the volume and power button on it. I know this is a computer issue because i tested them on my housemates computer and they work fine, i have a week old windows 7 installation on my computer, So i am assuming it's something to do with settings/drivers.

Now is there a certain audio driver i need?
when i go to device manager, the 3 audio drivers that are there are
NVIDIA High definition Audio
NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device ( Wave extension ) (WDM)
Realtek High Definition Audio

Is there a certain setting to get all 4 speakers working, or is this a driver issue?

Being that you have 4 speakers I would say that this is a setting issue. You need to go into control panel and fiddle around with the audio settings

For what it's worth, my Audio driver version is 6.0.1.6699
Is that the latest one?

And the Audio codec, is ALC887
