Graphics Card Issue

Hi all, I'm new here!
I have just purchased an iChill nVidia GTX660.
The only issue I'm having is, during games it will suddenly flash to the desktop and then not open back up when I tab back to it.
The audio from the game still plays as normal, but the image is the desktop?

I have a 700WATT 'Pulse' PSU, so I know there's enough power - I'm just not sure if the PSU itself is crap?

Any ideas, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Side note: The drivers are all up-to-date. :)

Does this happen in more then just one specific game?

It's properly software issues and not hardware.
My reason to think this is because if it was hardware the hole computer would most likely crash.
Not just crash to desktop and then still be fully functional.

Hmmm, no it does it in all games!
What software would be the issue?

I switched my card back to my old one and I don't have the issue?
Obviously I want the new card though!
I've tried reinstalling drivers and that does nothing and I know the games are fine - they're stored on a secondary hard drive anyway and run fine on the older GPU!

Have you checked all the display settings to see if that could be causing it?

Yeah,
I tried uninstalling the drivers, then rebooting, then putting the new card in, then installing its drivers and then it's worked now?

No issues!

However when I used nvidia's 'clean installation' method it didn't work!

Strange!
Thanks guys anyway!!

If the issue occurs again, I'll repost!
