How did everyone spend the eve of the new year?

I was personally beating my personal record on Bop It Tetris (amazing by the way), with a drink in hand even. Took me so long to have my first JD and coke though that it was midnight by time I got to second, and so stuck with tea instead.
Looking more forward to the weekend when I and some mates are meeting up again to play some games, etc.

For anyone that has Bop It Tetris, my high score at the minute is 406

played cards till midnight. 11:59 went to the news channel and watched the count down at 12:00, all said happy new year and went to bed.

My family and I watched the Dick Clarke rocking new years eve on tv, many cool bands played, then watched the ball drop in new york's times square, said happy new years...

Then my brother and I went outside and lit off fireworks for a while, then my brother lit off a M-80 fire cracker and scared the crap out of my sister and Mom because it was so loud.

BOOM
