Dell Inspiron 620 Desktop won't turn on (solid orange power light)

For some strange reason, my Dell Inspiron 620 won't start up. It was running fine yesterday, but it won't turn on now. When I turn it on, only my blu-ray drive and my hard drive(the only two drives hooked up to it) turn on. The CPU fan, video card fan, and my other cooling fan won't even power up and I get a blank screen. I also get a solid orange power light. What's the problem? Is my motherboard dead? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

System specs: Windows 7 64-bit, Intel Core i5 2310@2.9Ghz(3.2Ghz turboboost), 8GB of DDR3 RAM, 1TB HDD, Evga GTX 560ti 1280MB 448 core video card, 600 Watt Power Supply

Well i'm not an expert but if I were you i would try reseating the heatsink and cpu. Also check all cables and make sure they are firmly connected.
