Well I have completely uninstalled windows 8 and formatted the SSD then install it again

That is very odd, but it would seem you do then.

You'll have no issues then. Simply get a copy of Windows 7 OEM and use away.

So is every windows 7 OEM on a disk because I don't want to buy a download by mistake and is there a website you would recommend?

In that case, just do a Google search, and find a reputable shop.

Scan, Micro Direct, Amazon, etc

Just make sure when you choose one, you obviously choose either 32-64bit and make sure it isn't an upgrade only:

With Windows 8 OEM, you're licensed to install Windows 7 Pro using that Window 8 OEM Key.

Use this legit download location for the ISO, burn and install.
