Microsoft essential antivirus?

Take a look at our poll for the most popular antivirus http://www.computerforums.org/forum...what-antivirus-malware-do-you-use-221748.html. I have used MSE and I wasn't really satisfied with the results, It didn't always pickup on viruses. It's ok for spare computer that you use to download and look up anything on but for a computer that is primary computer I wouldn't recommend it. Microsoft doesn't even recommend using it anymore Goodbye Microsoft Security Essentials: Microsoft Now Recommends You Use a Third-Party Antivirus. A good that some of the members will recommend to you is Avast which you can buy and there is also a free version. As for paid NOD32 is good bang for your dollar..

I use and recommend Vipre Business...that is from my real world virus removing experience but everyone has a favorite for all sorts of different reasons
