High-end gaming pc. Low fps

Hi.

I got a;

i5 3570k, 3.4 GHz
GTX 780 OC EDITION
ZH77A-G43 Motherboard.
650 WATT
8 GB memory.

And im still gettin low fps.
I cant even play Arma 3, of the lagg 20/25 fps.
Getting low results, on 3DMark.
Arma 2 , Dayz 30/35.

I got a XFX HD 7970, and a GTX 780, on both card low fps.

What is the problem??? im so mad
 
Not that I think the OP will return to look at these posts but my checklist would be:

Drivers
Virus / Spyware?
Temperatures
Faulty Power supply

If you've checked all of them then i'd suggest the motherboard was at fault.
Unless your general PC performance was bad in which case it could also be the RAM.
 
I was wondering if those 2 cards are compatible with each other? and are you running them in sli/crossfire? plus that power supply seems a bit week to be pushing those 2 cards at the same time.

My list would be more like:
Virus
Temps
Drivers
PSU

And the cards shouldn't be compatible as one is Nvidia and the other is AMD.

I'm thinking temps are the issue. Either that or card is in wrong port.
