My First Build

Looks like a very nice build to me. What are you going with in terms of a storage drive?

OhSnapWord> The SSD I listed.

Thanks for all the replies guys. I really appreciate it!
Also, how can I tell what power connector the CPU has?

I don't plan on using near that much space. Just a few games and some other programs. I can always buy more storage in the future if needed.

I remember when I thought 300GB was an excessive amount of space...

3TB later, I can tell you that you want to stay ahead of your storage needs. There's nothing more frustrating than wanting to save/copy/download/create something, and not having the space for it.

While I can't say that every user is the same and you will need more space, I don't think I've ever encountered an 'in use' machine that had a user requirement of less than ~200GB. Things add up more quickly than you'd think.

Re: Power Connector for CPU
What do you mean? The CPU gets its power from the Motherboard. There is a power cable coming from the CPU cooling fan, but that also goes to the motherboard. On the motherboard, there should be a 24pin power connection along with a 4-6 pin power connection from the PSU. The 4-6pin connection is specifically for the CPU.
