Hey there people.
I have made this form. I did it primarily just to try Google Form out.
It's ofcause about computers. The result is open for anyone to see. So you can also see what people are choosing yourself.
I properly also gonna share it on my facebook so i gets better results.

I'd like to point out, that on the question regarding MS office and use of other similar products, I do use office, but I also use Open office calc for stuff too

I my humble opinion, how about:
1- Blank spaces to fill after "other" selections.
2- "Linux" choice with blank space to fill if chosen, then "other" as a separate selection.

It's a multiple choice Q and A form. The answers are preset to determine the usage of products. If write ins are allowed the form has to be manually read and classified thus defeating the purpose of automating the survey.
A "none of the above" would serve to show the person taking the survey doesn't use that product. A blank field skews the survey as badly as a write in.

Yeah i see. It would do fine with an "non of the above" in the alternative office part of the survey.
Also an "other windows" in the "what OS'es do you use" would be great
