Chrome Won't Save Password's On Https Sites

So why doesn't Chrome ask to save passwords on https sites and is there a way that I can?

Because they are secure sites - like your online bank account - and it would be silly to save passwords on those sites. I don't know why you would want to. That would be a major security risk.
