Hi Guys,
Quick question when looking at motherboards and their RAM speed if I see something that says:
"•Supports Dual Channel DDR3 2933+(OC)"
I'm assuming that means something along the lines of it natively supports 1600mhz any faster needs to be overclocked.
So if I bought 2000Mhz RAM what happens when I plug it in?
Does it automatically overclock it, or does it slow it down to 1600mhz by default and I have to manually overclock it?
Cheers
Scott
