Considering buying a Monitor

I recently purchased a desktop which has an i3.

The monitor that I currently have hooked up is about 5 or 6 years old.

I would like to look into something a little more larger. I believe a 22 would fit my needs. I do not game , but I do open photoshop, lightroom every once in awhile.

What are some things to look at when getting a new monitor? (if I could get some replies I would appeciate it)

also I will be shopping at best-buy.

how much are you looking to spend and why are u limiting your site choice to best-buy.

Would be using my Best-buy Card. (also) Would be okay with $200

I bought an Asus IPS 23" monitor at Newegg for $180 and it's a great monitor. I did some Google research and asked around on the forums and most told me to get an IPS monitor.

An IPS monitor has a fantastic picture and clarity that it was really worth it.

I was doing research earlier. An IPS will most def be one to lookout for + connection with HDMI.
