Pics not working in app

Hi All,

I use the Android app for this forum a lot. But the pics don't load up at all.

As far as I can tell it is the app and not my phone or broadband.

Any ideas?

You might try uninstalling the app and reloading. Don't forget to reboot your phone after the uninstall.

Just checked in the iOS and pictures are showing a ok..

Ok so I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Some pictures work and some don't.

Also when I get a notification about a thread in the status bar, I press it and nothing happens. Well the notification clears and a flash on my screen as though it has opened the app but nothing.

Are you on a wireless network? Where? Just wondering because when I'm at work on the wireless some of the pics are blocked because of the filter we use.

I only use the app at home and on the bus when going to or from work. Not sure about the bus network, but there are no filters at home.

Oh and yes of course it's wireless.

Just for the record, I meant wireless vs 3G/4G/LTE (or whatever you call your cell service signal).

Anyone else have an android and have this problem? What version of Android do you have?

I can't actually do anything to solve the problem, but hopefully I'll save Janet some troubleshooting steps if she has that info as well.

Sorry about that, though I don't expect the pics to load when on 3G.

I have a galaxy s2 and running 4.1.2 which I think is jelly bean.
