Cant Open AV Program

Hello, my problem is I cant seem to open my Trend Micro Titanium AV program. I have had it for about 5 months now, my computer has been acting wieird, very slow, freezes up...etc. i have talked to some people and they said to download a HiJack This Program and then come into a forum and give the details to someone that can help me. They think i have some kind of virus. I cant open the main console to the av program, and it wont scan anything.

Looks like a virus, Run the antivirus tools from the toolbox http://www.computerforums.org/forums/cyber-safety-computer-security/pc-cleanup-toolbox-219988.html except for the blackviper and get rid of trend micro as it's a horrible antivirus and get something like AVG or Avast.

Thank you that did work, I went with AVG. Did have a virus from a frostbite update. Also got rid of that software. Thank you again
