I'm searching for a group or someone who knows how to build a PC Monitor from scratch. Can you help?

I don't think you can as it would be quite difficult..

You might be able to find parts and put together... but may i ask why?

The building of the actual moniter should go ok if your expertise lies in that field. But I think the case will be the hardest part.

My issue is having a tech idea that I can't protect without going through a lengthy and painful patent process. To include, corporate bullying tactics. See link below or attached file.

At any rate you may have to do a patent search to see if that idea had been implemented. If not, copyright it.

It's the only way to protect your idea because anyone can take it and copyright it.
