Hai i want to buy this graphics card

but i dont know if my pc can run it:
cpu:intel pentium e2160 1.8Ghz
ram:2gb ddr2
mb:ecs 945-gt m2 (it has a pcie 2.0 slot)
psu:codegen 400w psu (at +12v1 10a and +12v2 14amps)
so can i run it ?

You shouldn't have compatibility issues, but you may run into power issues. If you purchase the card and the PC keeps restarting during Windows boot up process then you have exceeded your Power Supply's max. I don't suspect that will happen but it is possible.
If that does happen, I would look into a 500/550W Power Supply. Try the card first though.

i don't think power is gonna be an issue sense that card is a low profile card.
i have run similar hardware in a 350W Dell PSU.

I'd get a better PSU as that GPU needs at least 400W to run, Get something like this one http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-Builder-Series-Modular-Certified/dp/B00ALK3QRS/ref=pd_cp_computers_1
