Hey, I have a problem with my desktop, (I not good at explaining things BTW), here's the problem, when I turn on the computer this morning there is a black screen in the log in section in the computer, I can hear the log in sound but it'a just a black screen and the arrow, I tried everything to fix this issue but I'm just too stupid for this stuff, and if you guys are giving me the answer for this, please explain this to me like a 5 year old, please and thank you, BTW I am using a windows 7.
