It's a Z77 chip so it's gonna be quick. However OhSnapWord says it's a dead platform. Do your homework on that.
The case is serious bling bling. Looks good for keeping things tidy.
Make sure you get some 4 inch cable straps. Couple bags of em.

I could get a prebuilt system with a 4th gen PCCG Radeon HD7850 Gaming System [PCCG-7852607] - $999.00 : PC Case Gear. I only really want the case for the HDD docking part at the top.

Well done on the change of choices, although i spot one problem.

H87 mobo?? You'd regret not getting the Z87.

And i prefer MSI over Asrock

Z87 is the chipset, and is faster than h87 and aimed at gamers. MSI is the manufacturer.

The MSI does have less usb 3.0 than the asrock.

I want quite a few USB 3.0 ports so I am gonna stay with the asrock boards..

If USB ports is the reason to stay with a questionable board, you can get the better board and a USB 3.0 powered hub. Besides you can stash the hub out of site to keep your wiring clean. Not a bunch of wires plugged in to the computer itself.
