Any comments on this setup for Work/gaming desktop?
IM starting school here soon, computer science major, and wondered on other peoples thoughts about it, where i could maybe cut some corners? I also will be playing videogames on this rig so a decent video card is wanted, the better is also preferred. and im also missing a power supply, i just need some help figuring out how much i need watt wise.

here is a wattage calculator to work out the wattage.

always get a branded psu, antec, corsair, seasonic, ocz etc and get at least 80plus bronze rated psu.

i wouldnt get that drive, its not designed for ur standard PC, for $10 more u can get a 2tb seagate

You only need 16mb of ram if you are doing some heavy editing,3d rendering. 8gb would be enough.

And for a few extra dollars get the 4th gen I5 cpu and a 1150 socket mobo.

not sure id bother with the water cooler, not really needed these days, one cooler to look at cm 212 evo

And id probably get at least 120gb ssd drive.

Hope this helps..

Thanks!! But this might be a dumb question, but is this set up ok for dual monitors? Or do I need two graphics cards?
