the budget pc im building is to run games like dayz standalone and arma 3 and so on
someone please tell me if all the parts are compatible or need small little upgrades n what would those be if so.

Yeah that's more than good enough! You could run Crisis 3 EASILY. The 7790 might be a but much if all you're playing is stuff like Dayz and Arma III
 
The graphics card is fine for the games you listed, but you can do better. If you are not pressed by budget, please get a better card.
