I was wondering what would be worthy Upgrades to my rig to make it run faster/better/quieter etc etc because I now have the money to upgrade but I dont know what exactly to upgrade and how it would affect the other components.

Manufacturer: Gateway
Model: 6860
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit
Memory: 64GB Solid-State + 2TB hard drive
GPU: GeForce GTX 560 Ti
CPU: Intel Core i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40 GHz
RAM: 16GB DDR3

It is a good system, but what would be good upgrades for it? If it is really really not necessary to upgrade it I will invest my money elsewhere. (prices are not a problem)

I am planning on building a custom PC when I am able to sell this one to one of my Cousins (they hardly have enough money for a decent computer atm) so until then I just want to upgrade

I don't think you would notice a significant difference in your computer being faster, better, or quieter if you did any upgrades. I don't think it's worth the money for what you would be getting. Save your money until you sell your old computer, then build a custom pc.

The only things I see that may be worth upgrading are the case and the motherboard. And possibly the power supply...
