Mouse left click messed up after random key presses.

Through a series of random key presses I some how messed up my mouses left click. sometimes Its like It is constantly held down and some times Its like it does not work. The mouse It self is fine I am using It now on a laptop I have. I cannot left click on the PC with the problem.

I restarted my computer, and it automatically started dragging a start up program without me clicking any mouse buttons yet. managed to stop it dragging by tabbing a bunch and pressing enter. Now is when it seems that left click does nothing i hold it over programs and it does not grab them or click them, and when i left click on them nothing happens.

managed to get to mouse properties, Switch primary and secondary is still unchecked, double click speed is in the middle of the slider, and Turn on click lock is unchecked and the settings button is grayed out.

I'm not sure what i did but i randomly mashed keys on my keyboard again and it fixed it. Thanks guys for trying to help.
