Alright. So I have my CPU figured out ( Intel Core 2 Duo E8300 )
I have my graphics figured out ( Either Radeon HD 5670 or 6670 )
Now the CPU has the same wattage as my current CPU, so no issue there.
Here is my PC: HP Pavilion p6100 Desktop PC series -  HP Pavilion p6110f Desktop PC Product Specifications - c01738804 - HP Business Support Center

It comes with a base 250W PSU. Obviously this won't float, and I'll need a 300, but more likely 350 to stay safe. Here comes the challenge. I've spent the last 3 hours looking, and can't find a PSU ( Preferably 30, but a budget up to 40, including shipping ) That is considered a " reliable " brand. I don't want a nice new $40 400W PSU frying everything I hold dear. Any suggestions on a cheap reliable PSU?

30 to 40 dollars including shipping? Good luck with that. If there's a computer shop near you, you'll have better luck getting a down and dirty psu from of them.

I've decided to take the cash I have and sit on it, wait for a little more, then revamp the PC entirely, likely building a new one only keeping the HDD. I think with what's presented this is the best option. Thank you everyone for your support! :D
