Do you mean the photos you've taken, Well when you plug the iDevice in to PC a box appear will in windows explorer and you will be able to access your photos that way and its much easier.
 
Do you mean iOS or iso? iso's are copies of movies. iOS is Apple's mobile operating system.
 
Used mainly for burning an image of an operating system. Being able to open the iso file without having to lay it on a disc or hard drive is an interesting question. I'd bet Google would have some answers.
 
An ISO is an image of a disk, period. The disk can contain an OS, pictures, movies or whatever, the content does not have any bearing on it.

There are many free programs out there that let you "mount" an ISO image as a virtual drive and then open the files on it. One I like and use is called VirtualCloneDrive.
