if you need us to do your homework for you then you need to explain the whole assignment, not just the last sentence or general gist.
on top of that, how random? (random is very hard to achieve in a program, in fact practically all programs are either pseudo random, or use an external source, (e.g. they aren't random, they just measure an event that is random).
so what source are you wanting to use to seed you pseudo random event of 1 / 0 dropping?
