Help with new video card.

I want to get a new graphics card and maybe processor. This is what im running on with dual monitors.

To be completely honest i have no clue i havent taken it apart. I just need help with what to get to make it run more smoothly for games and what not. I used speecy to get my computer information and thats all i know . Im kind of less knowledgeable with the actual hardware of computers: /

It's a down and dirty system that the only thing you can do to is add or take out memory and swap hard drives. Other wise it's soldered together and there's nothing you can swap out. It doesn't even have pci slots.

How big is the case the system's in?

1Ft2in. High. 1ft3in. Long. 7in wide.

Would be most likely a laptop drive size 2.5". Check the maker's specs to see the largest drive volume wise it can handle.
